2 Nights all year except 3 night minimum June, July and August. 

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in.

50% refund for cancellations made between 8-29 days before check-in.

No refund within 7 days of check-in. 

**If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

PET FEE DEPOSIT​

If bringing a pet you must add the pet fee at time of booking. It will be due 7 days prior to your stay. It will be returned after your stay if there is no damage or extra cleaning as a result of the pet. If additional cleaning is required, the deposit will not be returned.
